I began shopping for a new car. My only criteria was never to purchase the same brand that I currently owned because of the contemptible dealership service. I ultimately made my way to Acura of Reno and the outstanding staff at Michael Oho's dealership. Not only is my Acura one of the best cars I have ever owned, but the customer service makes each of my visits a pure delight. The facility is exquisitely clean, and the service is impeccable. I would give Acura of Reno the highest rating.

Acura of Reno is SO outstanding that I would never buy a car from anyone else! Before we hated to buy a car, but after buying our 2004 Acura, it is the best! The service, quality, and dealership is compared to a 5 Star Hotel! You must experience it. And I trust them totally with their honesty and integrity. Very hard to find in any business, especially the car business! Even if we lived in another State than Reno, Nevada, we would order from Michael Cho and his great team.

I hope you will pass this along to the Presidents and Executive Staff. Everyone in business needs to take a lesson from this dealership; in how to run an excellent business that puts the customer first - and makes them believe and know it is true!

I have purchased multiple cars from Acura of Reno. They are by far the best dealership to work with in the Reno-Sparks area. The level of customer service that they provide goes far beyond what words can say. Each time I visit Acura of Reno, my satisfaction is their number one priority. Not many dealerships in the Reno-Sparks area are willing to go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer so that you will return to their dealership. At Acura of Reno, I feel like more than just a customer, I feel like I'm part of the family because of how the staff treats me and my family. I have recommended all of my friends and family to Acura of Reno, and I will continue to buy cars from their dealership. I highly recommend that any interested buyer go and visit Acura of Reno; it is way worth your time and you will not be disappointed. Aside from the amazing service at Acura of Reno, the dealership is a beautiful facility that is a must see!!! The facility is so welcoming and comfortable, and the amenities that they provide go far past what's necessary. If you don't at least visit Acura of Reno before making a car purchase, then you're really missing out.

I had been researching SUVs on-line for a few months when I came across Acura. Two SUVs caught my attention. They were the exact make and models and price I was looking for. My wife and I went to the lot to compare them in person. There we were met by Mike Baumgart. He was very friendly and not too pushy. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable but did not pressure us to buy that day. We let him know that we were indeed interested in the Ford Expedition. He let us know that if anyone else was looking to buy it he would let us know. He did exactly that. We received a phone call from him and my wife went down and test drove the car and put money down. A few days later we both went down to finalize the paper work. Mike was so friendly and easy to work with. He is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. From there we worked with Jin Lee. He helped us finance the car. His knowledge and experience was exactly what we needed. He knew every answer to all the questions I had. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He even called us after we left his office to let us know that he worked out an even better deal. I have definitely already let people know what a wonderful experience we had at Acura. I have told friends and collegues if they are looking to buy a car to look there first. The sales staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable and the prices are by far the best I have seen. Thank you so much for making this whole experience fun and pain free.

I purchased my car from Acura of Reno and use the dealership for all of my car servicing needs. Everyone who works there is very helpful and incredibly nice. The building is nice and clean and they offer a variety of free snacks and beverages. They even have a children's area and a tv lounge. The prices of the cars are great; they beat blue book prices. I will buy my next car from Acura of Reno.

I've had a very positive experience in all my dealings with the Acura of Reno staff. The Sales, Dealership and Service staff have responded in a professional and courteous manner in addressing all my concerns. This is the finest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The sales staff and finance manager are top notch! The service department does a great job as well - and they work on all makes and models, not just Acura.

When I purchased my used TL, it had no warranty. Within a couple of days I noticed the blue tooth connectivity didn't work. I took it back in just to see if they would look at it. It need a $1000 part. I was content with not fixing it, as I understood I bought it "as is", but they would not hear of it and replaced the part for me at no cost. They were well within their rights not to fix it, but insisted on it anyway. It was even more surprising because I purchased the vehicle at a deeply discounted price.

The sales and service representatives go out of their way to make me feel welcome whenever I come into or call the dealership. This attitude continued after the purchase of vehicles from the dealership; the attitude was not just to sell a vehicle but to make me feel like a long term part of the dealership.

The dealership does not sell vehicles; it assists in the purchase of vehicles.

From the time we hit the parking lot I could feel the postive energy! We had already visited the lot before and made an appointment to purchase. Mike and Jin remembered us and the details of who we were and what we did, they even thanked my husband for his military service! A tour of the faciliy was given, the starbucks coffee, fresh cookies, sodas and water all available in a nice clean eating area. The service dept was shown and explained what services were provided. The quiet room and theatre were absolutely great!! I all of a sudden wanted to watch a move just to hear the great audio system! The Acura accssory department had my husband drooling. Now I know what to buy for Fathers Day gifts, THANKS! MY favorite was the availability of a MANICURIST! I was too late to catch an appointmnet but trust me "I'LL BE BACK". A very detailed review of the MDX was provided. Mike showed us every cool feature there was inside. He remembered the color I wanted and let me test drive that one in particular. Before we went on our test drive Jin took some info from us and by the time we got back WE WERE APPROVED!! The paperwork process was seamless. He was through and professional and worked with us to get our payments were we wanted. As we sat waiting on our vehicle to get "polished up" Mike again went over some features and showed us the manuals that would be our guides in case we got stuck. Again they offered refreshemnts and other employees congratulated us on our new purchase. When ready our vehicle was sitting so sparkling pretty in the showroom where Mike was more than happy to to take our picture and he even let us take his!! This by far was a wonderful experience. I appreciate they follow up that the gentlemen provided. When they say they are going to do something THEY DO IT! I have no reservations in recommending this dealership to anyone. The price sat well with me because the vehicle is worth every dime. I call it my new iCar!

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Acura of Reno, and every purchase went off without a hitch! It was actually really fun!! First of all, the dealership itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and every single staff member greets you with a warm, sincere smile and handshake and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience in that dealership for whatever reason you are there for. There is ABSOLUTELY no pressure and Alex Cho helped me search for a car for about 6 months before we found exactly what I was looking for. I even feel so welcome there that I've stopped in for a cup of coffee and to say hi when I'm on that side of town. They all remember who I am, and that says alot. We also bring our vehicles in for regular maintenance and service (one of them currently being an '05 Chevy that I purchased used from them). I've been more than satisfied with the level of customer service and when I had an issue with what I thought was my brakes, I just brought it in without calling, and they didn't turn me away and tell me I needed an appointment, or tell me they "couldn't get to it right now" like other dealerships I've dealt with. Someone actually stayed through his lunch break to help. They gave me a timeframe of how long it would take to check it out to figure out the problem, gave me timely updates and a detailed explanation of not only what was happening my vehicle, but also why it was happening. (Point being that the service department is knowledgeable!!) I have never been given such an honest and detailed explanation like that before. They even told me what I could do to prevent certain wear and tear on my vehicle. These were all things that would be of absolutely no benefit to them, they just wanted to help a customer. I will NEVER go to another dealership. Acura of Reno is a very special place, and they deserve to be recognized as a reputable dealership. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of providing a quality product with honest and stellar customer service - Acura of Reno is where you will find it!!
