First, let me welcome you to the Reno area. Your dealership is beautiful and one by which other dealerships will be measured.
One of the assets you have put in place comes in the form of a service consultant named Kristopher Collins. I purchased my Acura TL in 2005. Each time my car required service I traveled to Sacramento to have the work done and repeatedly asked the service department to fix the very annoying rattle in the trunk area. Naturally, they could not duplicate the noise nor repair the problem.
To make a long story short, my car has been back to your service department
4 times mostly at the request of Kristopher. He has worked extremely hard along with others to locate and hopefully fix the problem. This young man has shown a business acumen far beyond his years and I think he should be recognized for his efforts. I trust you will find some way to reward him for his work which has been above and beyond expectation.

Just bought the black with umber seats.
First Acura for my wife and I. The dealer here in reno is the best auto dealer we have ever dealt with and i can not recommend enough. And i have bought from dealers in san francisco, all over bay area and utah.
Photo's of this car nor the website can do it justice. I can not explain it. I did not care for the silver trim on the front end so they showed me ones that they are painting solid and now it just looks awesome. I understand how some people had issues with the trim on the nose but now we have received many compliments in only one week! The drive is very very fun. We have the 19" High performance and yes its a little stiffer but not really that bad to me but thats the compromise you always make with fatter tires for handling. We opted for the 18" winter wheel exchange program here with the dealer, they store and rotate and swap at our will.
Here is the deal with this car...I have a weekness for cars and tend to get a new one every three years. I have owned BMW 3 series and 5 series and X5. I have had range rover discovery and just traded in a Full size range rover hse for this car, i have owned auidi cars and wagons, suburu..you name it ive had it. My parents are big lexus fans and ive driven every one they have owned for the last 20 years, all of them are nice, great value but boring to me. This is what i can tell you. This is the first car i have purchased that to me is a true value and is so darn fun to drive. It rips and handles and the stereo is off the hook. It looks so fantastic in person, the drive is a blast, to walk off with every option, extra tires, tinted windows, two sets of top of the lilne wheels and tires, full 7yr warranty etc...basically at invoice and that makes it 15k to 25k cheaper than similar model from europe!
Really folks you can not beat this combination. If you have any thoughts to see this car, go drive it and look online at some of the people who have painted the aumuninum front. They really look fantisatic. yes acura should have done this themselves but other than that the car is great. Some have complained about the buttons around the radio, but when you just use it for an hour you realize its not that many buttons and its pretty simple to use.
What i love - value value value, interior very nice looking, steering wheel great, leather on the seats seats soft but great, seats comfortable but a little stiff on longer drives, gauges just beautiful, stereo is a 10, handling perfect, power is tons of fun, brakes are excellent, exterior look way better in person and you will either love it or not but we love it (makes audi look boring), lots of room in back seats for adults on long ride, our dealer was the first acura dealer ever in usa and they are from oregon now they have this one in reno and i hope they clean up because the other dealers here are just god aweful!
Could it be better? For the money no, i just dont think a rational person could say they should have done this or that with this car, its just that good for the money and i highly recomend....Chris F.,Acura of Reno
