ACURA OF RENO NAMED DEALERSHIP OF DISTINCTION
RENO, NV. February 11, 2011. Acura of Reno, located in Reno, NV, has been awarded Acura's highest dealership honor: the 2010 Dealership of Distinction Award. Acura of Reno is among only 103 Acura dealerships in the United States to meet or exceed the rigorous standards to qualify for this distinguished award, Acura of Reno's first after having completed two full calendar years of program participation.
The Dealership of Distinction is awarded for excellence in customer satisfaction, employee training, customer follow-up, and business management, and is measured across all dealership departments: sales, service, parts, and management. Award criteria are intended to enhance and measure the client experience; most measurements are based entirely on actual client feedback and survey scores.
